Google Analytics (GA4)
Oryon reads one GA4 property once a day and shows its sessions, users and page views beside your advertising, CRM and payment data. You pick the property in the Google settings dialog after connecting Google; the connection is read-only.

Before you start
Google is connected
Analytics comes in through the Google connection, with the Analytics permission ticked on Google's consent screen. If you have not connected Google yet, start with Connecting Google to Oryon.
A GA4 property you can open
Oryon lists the Google Analytics 4 properties the signed-in Google account has access to. Because Oryon only reads, the account needs no editing rights on the property — being able to view it is enough. Universal Analytics properties are not offered.
Connect Analytics
Open the Google settings dialog
In Oryon, choose Connections in the left sidebar, then Configure on the Google card. The dialog is titled Google and its subtitle reads "Choose which property, account, site and location Oryon reads."
Find the Analytics row
The Analytics row shows Pick a source until a property is chosen, and its picker is already open. The row's description reads "Choose the GA4 property Oryon reads traffic and conversions from."
Select GA4 property
Open the "Select GA4 property" select — its placeholder reads "Choose a property…" — and pick the property. There is no Save button: the choice is saved the moment you make it, with a "Saving…" line while it is written.
The row turns Live
Once saved, the row's chip reads Live and shows the property you chose. To pick a different property later, choose Change on the row. The first sync then backfills up to 365 days of history in the background.
What Oryon reads
Traffic
Per day: sessions, page views, engaged sessions, engagement duration and total users. On the Google source page the columns are labelled Sessions, Users and Page views.
The dashboard's Visibility tile
Page views from this property count toward the Visibility tile on the Oryon home dashboard, which adds up views across every connected source.
Events for the Clarity & conversion scorecard
When your site sends them, Oryon also reads five GA4 events: form_view, form_start, form_submit, cta_click and scroll (90 %). They feed the Clarity & conversion scorecard; see Track forms and calls to action in Google Analytics for how to send them.
What is stored
Daily totals only — one number per metric per day. No page-level records and nothing identifying a person.
Keeping data current
Automatic daily sync
Oryon re-reads the property once a day and refreshes a trailing window, so late-arriving figures correct themselves without any action from you.
Refresh now
The Google source page has a Refresh button in its header. It runs the sync for the Google sources immediately and reports "Data refreshed." or "{done} of {total} sources refreshed."
Choosing a period
The period picker offers Months, Quarters, Years and a Custom range. A day with no data shows a dash, not a zero.
Disconnecting
Switch to a different property
You do not disconnect to change properties. In the Google settings dialog, choose Change on the Analytics row and pick another property.
Disconnect Google
Analytics and Ads share one Google grant. Disconnecting Google — Connections, Google card, Disconnect — removes Ads as well. The daily totals already synced are kept, so the Google page keeps showing past periods. See Disconnecting on the Google page for the Google-side steps.
Troubleshooting
"No GA4 properties found."
The full message reads "No GA4 properties found. Make sure you have access to at least one Google Analytics 4 property." The signed-in Google account cannot open any GA4 property. Grant that account access in Google Analytics, or reconnect Google with an account that has it.
Your property is not in the list
Only GA4 properties are listed. A Universal Analytics property never appears, whatever access you have to it.
The row shows Permission needed
The Analytics box was left unticked on Google's consent screen: "Not authorised yet: Analytics. Reconnect and tick them on Google's consent screen to turn them on." Choose Reconnect on the Google card and tick Analytics.
A day shows a dash
A dash means no sessions were reported for that day — either the property had no traffic that day, or nothing is sending data to it yet. A zero would mean a figure was measured and it was nought.
"We couldn't reach Google for this list just now."
The property list could not be fetched. Reload the page to try again.

Next steps
Connecting Google to Oryon
One Google sign-in brings Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads into Oryon: sessions, users and page views beside impressions, clicks and spend. The connection is read-only, and you consent product by product on Google's own screen — Oryon never changes anything in your Google account.
Google Ads
Oryon reads one Google Ads customer account once a day and shows its impressions, clicks, spend, conversions and conversion value beside your traffic, CRM and payment data. You pick the account in the Google settings dialog after connecting Google; the connection is read-only.
