Google Ads
Oryon reads one Google Ads customer account once a day and shows its impressions, clicks, spend, conversions and conversion value beside your traffic, CRM and payment data. You pick the account in the Google settings dialog after connecting Google; the connection is read-only.

Before you start
Google is connected
Google Ads comes in through the Google connection, with the Google Ads permission ticked on Google's consent screen. If you have not connected Google yet, start with Connecting Google to Oryon.
A Google Ads customer account with campaigns
Oryon lists the Google Ads accounts the signed-in Google user can access directly. Pick a customer account — the one that runs campaigns. A manager account on its own has no campaigns of its own to read, so choosing one leaves every day empty.
Connect Ads
Open the Google settings dialog
In Oryon, choose Connections in the left sidebar, then Configure on the Google card. The dialog is titled Google and its subtitle reads "Choose which property, account, site and location Oryon reads."
Find the Ads row
The Ads row shows Pick a source until an account is chosen, and its picker is already open. The row's description reads "Choose the Ads account Oryon reads spend, clicks and impressions from."
Select Google Ads account
Open the "Select Google Ads account" select — its placeholder reads "Choose an account…" — and pick the customer account. There is no Save button: the choice is saved the moment you make it, with a "Saving…" line while it is written.
The row turns Live
Once saved, the row's chip reads Live and shows the account you chose. To pick a different account later, choose Change on the row. The first sync then backfills up to 365 days of history in the background.
What Oryon reads
Delivery and cost
Per day, across the account's campaigns: impressions (shown as Impressions), cost (shown as Spend, in the account's own currency), clicks, conversions and conversion value.
Days with no delivery
A day on which the account served nothing is stored as an explicit zero for these figures, not left empty.
What is stored
Daily totals only — one number per metric per day. No campaign records, and nothing identifying a person.
Keeping data current
Automatic daily sync
Oryon re-reads the account once a day and refreshes a trailing window, so figures that arrive late on Google's side correct themselves without any action from you.
Refresh now
The Google source page has a Refresh button in its header. It runs the sync for the Google sources immediately and reports "Data refreshed." or "{done} of {total} sources refreshed."
Choosing a period
The period picker offers Months, Quarters, Years and a Custom range. A day with no data shows a dash, not a zero.
Disconnecting
Switch to a different account
You do not disconnect to change accounts. In the Google settings dialog, choose Change on the Ads row and pick another account.
Disconnect Google
Analytics and Ads share one Google grant. Disconnecting Google — Connections, Google card, Disconnect — removes Analytics as well. The daily totals already synced are kept, so the Google page keeps showing past periods. See Disconnecting on the Google page for the Google-side steps.
Troubleshooting
"Your Google connection doesn't include Google Ads access."
The full message reads "Your Google connection doesn't include Google Ads access. Disconnect Google on the Connections page and reconnect, making sure to grant the Google Ads permission on the consent screen." The Google Ads box was left unticked at consent. Do exactly that: Disconnect on the Google card, choose Connect again and tick Google Ads this time.
"No Google Ads accounts found."
The full message reads "No Google Ads accounts found. Make sure you have access to at least one Google Ads customer account." The signed-in Google user cannot access any Google Ads account directly. Grant that user access in Google Ads, or reconnect Google with a user who has it.
Every day shows a dash or a zero
A zero on a day means the chosen customer account served nothing that day: Google Ads reported no delivery and Oryon stored it as a zero. A dash means that day has not been synced yet. Check which account is chosen on the Ads row and, straight after connecting, use Refresh rather than waiting for the nightly sync.
The row shows Permission needed
The Google Ads box was left unticked on Google's consent screen: "Not authorised yet: Ads. Reconnect and tick them on Google's consent screen to turn them on." Choose Reconnect on the Google card and tick Google Ads.
"We couldn't reach Google for this list just now."
The account list could not be fetched. Reload the page to try again.

Connecting HubSpot to Oryon
Oryon reads your HubSpot portal once a day and shows contacts, deals, pipeline value and revenue beside your advertising, social, web analytics and payment data. The connection is read-only: Oryon never creates, changes or deletes anything in your portal.
