Revenue shows zero when deals are paid
Your HubSpot page shows deals and pipeline value, but revenue stays empty. Almost always this means the pipeline stage you use for paid deals is not configured as a closed-won stage, so nothing in your portal counts as won revenue yet.

What Oryon counts as revenue
Only deals in a closed-won stage
Oryon reads the amount of every deal whose pipeline stage is marked closed with a probability of 100%. That is HubSpot's own definition of closed-won, and Oryon resolves it from your portal's settings rather than assuming a stage name — so a renamed or custom stage works fine, as long as it is configured that way.
Not stage names
A stage called "Paid", "Payé", "Facturé" or "Gagné" is not counted because of its name. If it is still open, or its probability is anything below 100%, HubSpot treats those deals as forecast rather than earned, and so does Oryon.
Why deal value still shows a number
Deal value is the total of every deal created in the period, won or not. That is why it can read 31.1K while revenue reads nothing: the deals exist, none of them is closed-won.
Check how your stage is configured
Open your deal pipelines
In HubSpot, go to Settings (the gear icon, top right), then Objects, then Deals, and select the Pipelines tab. Choose the pipeline your paid deals live in.
Find the stage you use for paid deals
Look at the stage your team moves a deal to once the customer has paid — often the last one in the list.
Read its probability
Each stage shows a deal probability. If yours is anything other than 100% (Closed won), those deals are not counted as revenue. A stage at 80%, for example, means HubSpot still treats them as open opportunities.
Mark the stage as closed won
Set the probability to Closed won
Edit the stage and set its deal probability to 100% / Closed won. HubSpot then treats deals in it as earned rather than forecast.
Consider what else this changes
This is a real change to your HubSpot reporting, not a display setting for Oryon. Forecasts, deal-stage reports and any workflow keyed on the stage being open will all see it. Worth a word with whoever owns your pipeline before changing it.
Keep one stage for paid, one for lost
A pipeline needs exactly one closed-won stage for the numbers to be unambiguous. If you have several stages that all mean "we got the money", consider consolidating them, or accept that only the closed-won one is counted.
If you cannot change the stage
Oryon can use collected invoice amounts instead
When no won-deal revenue exists, Oryon falls back to the amount actually collected on your invoices. That needs the Commerce Hub permissions — see the guide on granting HubSpot Commerce Hub access. If your portal has Commerce Hub and has granted them, the revenue figure fills itself with no pipeline change at all.
Which number you should prefer
Won-deal revenue is the better signal where your pipeline is accurate, because it is the number your team manages. Collected amounts are the better signal when payment is tracked outside the pipeline. The two rarely agree exactly, and Oryon prefers won-deal revenue whenever it exists.
After you change it
Refresh the data
Open the HubSpot page in Oryon and select Refresh. Waiting for the nightly sync works too, but there is no reason to.
Expect history to fill in as well
Oryon rebuilds the last 90 days on every sync, so deals already sitting in that stage start counting immediately — you do not have to re-close anything by hand.
Still empty?
Check that the deals actually carry an amount. A deal with a blank amount field counts toward the deal count and contributes nothing to revenue, in HubSpot's reports as much as in Oryon's.
Still not adding up?
Write to support@oryondata.com with your HubSpot portal ID and the pipeline you expect revenue from, and we will tell you which stages Oryon is currently counting as won.
Granting HubSpot Commerce Hub access
Oryon asks for three optional HubSpot permissions covering invoices, subscriptions and line items. Your portal has not granted them, so those metrics will stay empty. Everything else keeps working normally. This page explains why, and how to grant them.
Track forms and calls to action in Google Analytics
The Clarity & conversion scorecard reads a handful of GA4 events from your website. Until your site sends them, the forms and call-to-action indicators stay at “To set up”. Everything in this guide happens in Google Analytics or Tag Manager — there is nothing to change in Oryon for these indicators to fill.
